Payment Policy

Full payment is required on departure. Early departures should organise to make payment the evening before.

A pre authorisation of the payment card will be taken at the time of booking

Please note: Full payment will be taken from the authorised card on late cancellations (48 hours)

A 50% deposit is required on bookings of 3 rooms and over, also a 50% deposit is required on 3 nights and more stay.

Smoking Policy

The hotel is a non smoking environment and smoking is prohibited in the bedrooms.

Child Policy

Children are most welcome and we are happy to arrange special meals and early suppers for them where possible. We like all children under eight when dining in the restaurant, to be sat by seven.

We will only ask for Personal Data if you are booking a room via our online reservations system. To make a booking we need to collect and use personal data about you. This data is only asked for via our online reservation form, and is required to be able to make your reservation. We shall keep your personal data secure and confidential. We will not, sell, rent or share your personal data to any person outside outside of our company without your consent.
